Virage Creative

William is a high-tech business professional with expertise in utilizing a team approach to develop solutions that are future proofed, relevant and promote financial growth.

Prior to joining Virage Creative in 2021, William was the Vice President, Global Shared Technical Services, Architecture and Design at Hilton Hotels Corporation, where he completed an extensive technology effort to automate and unify all Hilton Brand Standards, Design Information, Submittal/ Review Procedures, Vendor Relations programs. He integrated these new systems with the existing Waiver programs, Property Improvement Planner, Quality Assurance Inspection program and Overall Property Performance program. This essentially created a new navigation platform aimed at the tracking, reporting, and prediction of hotel approvals, starts and openings for new builds, conversions, and renovations.

Additionally, William developed the two most successful focused service hotel brands in the past 26 years, as awarded by JD Power and Associates, with the creation and implementation of the Hilton Garden Inn Brand in 1996 and Hyatt Place Brand in 2004. He has further produced nine new Brand solutions in various hospitality segments under the Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt and Baymont flags.
Currently, William is the President of Architecture Design and Construction for Virage Creative. In this role he has been supporting several hospitality companies with their franchise documentation, design guidelines and the creation of a new hospitality segment, Alternative Accommodations.
